How to install in Outlook

Outlook on the web

  1. Click Copy signature.
  2. Open Settings → Account → Signatures.
  3. Click New signature, name it, paste into the editor.
  4. Set as default for new messages and replies, then save.

Classic Outlook for Windows

  1. Click Copy signature.
  2. Open File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
  3. Click New, name it, paste into the editor.
  4. Set as default, then click OK.

New Outlook for Windows & Outlook for Mac

  1. Open Settings → Accounts → Signatures.
  2. Create a new signature, paste, set as default, save.
If images don't appear after pasting, use Download and drop the file into %appdata%\Microsoft\Signatures on Windows.
